Big Blue Planet is an exciting collection of songs for young children to share with each other and with people of all ages. It has been prepared by a group representing the main churches in England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales for use in churches and schools.
The subject matter ranges from the traditional church festivals to more contemporary issues such as computers and technology, motorway madness and the conservation of the ‘big blue planet’. Some songs help children to express their concerns, others provide the opportunity for enjoyment and fun. All the songs enable children to worship God, whether they are feeling sad, lonely, worried or full of joy and happiness.
