Coronavirus Covid-19 - information for our customers

Following the Prime Minister's broadcast on Monday 23 March, we want to update you again on our response to the coronavirus Covid-19 pandemic.

Forwoods ScoreStore is a mail order organisation that does not have a shop. We will remain open and serving customers as long as we are fit and well. At the time of writing, postal and courier deliveries are regular and reliable, and orders are being fulfilled quickly and efficiently. Our courier service provider, Parcelforce, is no longer requesting signatures on receipt, but instead using geolocation to confirm deliveries. To all intents and purposes, as of today, our service is running as normal. We are immensely grateful to our posties and couriers.

Only we two, the Directors of Forwoods, are coming in to the office to process and despatch orders. We climb out of the same bed in the morning, jump in the same car and drive 5 minutes to an office where we work alone. When deliveries are made, we observe the Government rules on social distancing of at least 2 metres.

Please place orders in the usual way and we will send them to you just as efficiently as we always do, all the while we are fit and well.

We would like to say again that we are deeply anxious for our customers - musicians, teachers, schools, churches and choirs - whose pattern of lessons, rehearsals and concerts have been disrupted by this outbreak, and whose livelihoods are under critical threat. To every single one of you, we send our love and best wishes, and the hope that the love of music and the ability to make music in some form or other, will sustain us all through the weeks and months ahead.
